Scent Discovery Shipping Policy

Shipping & Handling Time

Currently, Scent Discovery only sells and ships within Australia. We are unable to accept orders from international locations at this time.

All orders are shipped from Scent Discovery within 2-3 business days from date of order between Monday to Friday. Orders are shipped via Australia Post. However, during peak periods (e.g. Sale, Christmas etc.), orders will take longer to be dispatched and delivered. Please take this into consideration when placing your order and allow for additional time during peak periods to receive your order. 

Every effort will be made to contact you if any delay is expected with dispatching your order. The delivery timeline is controlled by Australia Post, and duration also depends on destination. Scent Discovery has no control or influence over the Australia Post delivery process and speed. As such we cannot guarantee delivery time. If more than 15 business days have passed since you placed your order and you have provided the correct shipping address, please contact us at info@scentdiscovery.com.au and we will investigate the delay with Australia Post.

Always check your order to ensure your postal address is correct. If you have inadvertently provided an incorrect address, please let us know as soon as possible before you have received confirmation that your order has been shipped - we cannot amend shipped orders. If your order is sent back to us because of an incorrect address, you as the buyer will be responsible for any additional postage/shipment costs to resend the parcel back to you. If you decide not to have the parcel resent to you, an administration fee of 20% of total order value, plus shipping costs will apply. Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy

Postage / Shipping fees will be displayed at 'Checkout' and may be subject to change from time to time.

Order Confirmation

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with Scent Discovery, you will receive an email that includes the details of your order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive another email advising of you this.

Please check your 'Spam Box' to ensure you are not missing out on any notifications from us.

Australia Express Post

Please note that not all locations are covered by Australia Post's Express Post Network. Verification of whether your location is covered will be required and the cost calculated accordingly. This delivery option is not available at this time. Contact us at info@scentdiscovery.com.au to discuss if this option can be made available for your order.
