A joyous greeting of liquourous Davana and acidulous blackcurrant gives way to the comforting scent of budding almond flowers. Sweet droplets of vanilla rain over a floral heart where Magnolia and Osmanthus express their plush fruitiness altogether with the subtle indolic hint of Jasmine flowers opening up in the coming night. The day goes by, the sun goes down and Sunshine Woman gently fades into a loving sunset of smoky cade and patchouli, dry papyrus and gourmand Virginian tobacco. A fragrance that reads like a smile in the ambery light of summer days.

Sunshine by Amouage is like sunshine in a bottle—truly a unique scent. Unfortunately, it is being discontinued or may have already been discontinued. I found all my hard-to-find niche samples at Scent Discovery. Thank you!

Love the inspiration for this fragrance..it certainly raised my expectations and I was not disapppointed. I am not a cherry fan (at all) but the black cherry note intrigued me. The initial blast is very cherry...medicinal cherry.. but that passes in a split second and the fragrance develops into a beautiful, elegant, slightly sweet composition of loveliness. This is exceptional..all class. I will be buying a full bottle and Im eager to try others from this house now. Longevity is only ok. Unisex in my view.
One of the best Summer/Tropical scents out there. Does lean more feminine to my nose but a man can definitely wear this on a hot day no worries. This is a strong fruit scent, sweet but not in a sugary dessert way, for me there is a pleasant mango/fig vibe. Notably this scent stays consistent throughout the entire dry down which is a good thing. Overall this is one of the best Summer scents out there, I just wish it leaned more masculine.
