The bee, a royal symbol of ancient Egypt, was born for the pharaohs from the tears of the sun god Re. Its honey was a drink for newlyweds, hence the expression "honeymoon". Honey was also widely used in pharmacopoeia as well as in embalming rituals. Secret du Nil is a fragrance that is both gourmand and floral with citrus notes such as bergamot, orange blossom and neroli and oriental notes of almond, vanilla and musk. It's definitely a great scent, sweet, creamy floral can be worn anywhere due to its high versatility. But just like every other niche fragrance, the dupes will come along and offer the same scent profile for lot lot less which make me sad sometimes.
